Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst

There's something incredibly exciting about managing digital infrastructure at the scale of Universal Music Group and that excitement fuels the way I show up every single day.
In this role, I serve as the connective tissue between business objectives and technical execution. I manage a cross-functional team and drive stakeholder relationships in support of front-end development for a shared Shopify Plus theme that powers over 1,000 artist and brand sites globally; a responsibility I don't take lightly.
Since stepping in, I've implemented strategic processes that significantly improved sprint rollover rates, enabling the team to efficiently balance Business As Usual (BAU) tasks alongside long-term development initiatives simultaneously. I gather and define requirements from stakeholders, translate complex business needs into clear actionable specifications, and make sure every person in the room, technical or not, is aligned, informed, and moving forward together.
My time at UMG goes deeper than a single portfolio entry can capture. From leading the live migration of 1,000+ storefronts from Shopify 1.0 to 2.0, to building an internal performance dashboard that eliminated external auditing costs entirely, to managing a VR shopping experience for The Beatles — this has been some of the most complex and rewarding work of my career. Remote | Previous Role
Leading a remote team of 40+ members across SEO, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing for one of the country's most recognized financial institutions — Capital One Bank — required a level of organization, communication, and leadership that sharpened every skill I had.
I built and implemented streamlined workflows that elevated daily operations, quarterly planning, and discovery phases across the board. My focus was always on creating systems that didn't just work, but that empowered my team to work smarter, move faster, and collaborate with genuine clarity. The result was a more cohesive team, stronger client relationships, and measurable gains in efficiency and productivity.
Tomorrow Agency

Previous Role
This is where some of my most exciting and high-profile work happened. At Tomorrow Agency, I led migration and redesign projects for a roster of world-class beauty and lifestyle brands — including Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Ole Henriksen, and other sites under the Kendo Brands umbrella; managing platform transitions from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus from discovery all the way through post-launch.
I owned the full project lifecycle; scrum management, stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, UX-driven iteration, and CMS enhancements built with admin users and merchandisers in mind. I led cross-functional teams with a people-first approach, creating an environment where collaboration wasn't just encouraged — it was the standard.
Every project I touched left the client with a better product, a stronger process, and a team that felt supported every step of the way.
