Hello!With 11 years of experience leading digital and web projects across some of the most dynamic industries out there, I've built my career on one simple belief: great outcomes start with great people and a clear plan.
I'm a hybrid Senior Project Manager and Business Transformation Leader — meaning I sit comfortably at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity. I speak both dev and design, and I know how to bring the two worlds together to deliver work that actually moves the needle.
Where I Am Now
Currently, I serve as a Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst at Universal Music Group — one of the world's most iconic entertainment companies. In this role, I manage a cross-functional team and drive stakeholder relationships in support of front-end development for a shared Shopify Plus theme that powers over 1,000 artist and brand sites globally.
It's fast-paced, high-stakes, and exactly the kind of work I thrive in.
My Background
My journey started at a developer-founded agency in Hoboken, NJ, where I was thrown headfirst into the world of code, tech stacks, and brilliant programmers. That foundation gave me something most PMs don't have — a genuine fluency in "dev speak" and a deep respect for the technical craft behind every build.
From there, I expanded into the creative space in Brooklyn, where I led end-to-end brand and digital experiences — managing developers, designers, writers, editors, photographers, offshore teams, strategists, and more. I grew my expertise across platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce, and across project types spanning branding, website migrations, app development, digital strategy, marketing, and analytics.
Over the years I've grown into a leader who doesn't just manage projects — I transform how teams and organizations work. I've overseen project budgets exceeding $30 million, built and mentored high-performing cross-functional teams, and developed the kind of processes and workflows that make teams faster, smarter, and more connected.

I show up to every project with the same energy — let's make this happen. Whether I'm aligning stakeholders, untangling a complex roadmap, or rolling up my sleeves to problem-solve in real time, I bring strategy, heart, and momentum to everything I touch.
