Managing Samsung's digital relationship meant operating at the highest level of enterprise project management. I oversaw their ongoing Adobe Experience Manager site maintenance while simultaneously managing product campaign launches across mobile, TV, and audio verticals. This role required sharp stakeholder alignment, strategic thinking, and the ability to keep multiple high-visibility workstreams moving in sync.

Loews Hotel

Multi-Site Redesign & Custom Booking Engine Rebuild

With 26 hotels and resorts across the U.S. and Canada, Loews Hotels needed a digital experience as impressive as their properties. I led a full end-to-end multi-site redesign alongside the build of a customized booking engine designed to elevate the user experience and drive measurable increases in bookings. This project was a masterclass in managing complexity, scale, and premium brand expectations all at once.

Stride Rite trusted my team to manage one of their most significant digital investments — a full migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus, complete with a brand redesign and a PIM system integration. I oversaw the entire process from discovery through launch, including product and content migration and a rigorous full-scale QA process to ensure a seamless, high-quality go-live.

Starting from a completely blank canvas, I led the development of an entirely new brand identity for a wellness product entering the market for the first time. From packaging and creative direction to copywriting and full Shopify design and development — we built something meaningful and beautiful from the ground up.

BigCommerce to Shopify Plus Migration, Redesign & Custom Builder

This project had everything. I helped Wristology — an established women's accessories brand — reimagine their entire digital presence with a new visual brand identity, packaging guidelines, social media tone of voice, and creative direction for photo and video. On the technical side, we migrated their products and content from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus and built a fully custom watch builder that let customers design and purchase their own unique product. A true end-to-end transformation.

Dashing Diva was a full-circle project that let my team shine across both creative and technical disciplines. I led their migration to Shopify Plus while simultaneously driving creative production across photography, videography, and content strategy. We built customized product pages with customer-centric sections and an intuitive CMS back-end that put the power of the platform directly in their team's hands — exactly how it should be.
