My Skills & Expertise
I don't just check boxes — I bring depth, range, and judgment to every project I touch.
Eleven years of leading programs across digital, eCommerce, entertainment, beauty, hospitality, and more has given me a skillset that's both broad and deep. Below is a breakdown of where my expertise lives — in the order that matters most to the work I do.
Project & Program Management
The foundation of everything I do.
I've managed projects ranging from a focused $10K website build to multi-site enterprise programs with annual budgets exceeding $50M. The scope changes. The discipline doesn't.
Roadmap development and initiative planning — turning goals into something a team can actually execute
Resource planning and allocation — building the right team for the right work, and protecting their capacity
Timeline and milestone management — keeping things on track without sacrificing quality
Risk identification and mitigation — getting ahead of problems before they become incidents
Scope management and SOW development — defining what's in, what's out, and why it matters
Budget tracking and financial forecasting — managing project finances with accountability and transparency
Change management and process improvement — building better ways of working that actually stick
Stakeholder communication and executive reporting — keeping every level of the organization informed and aligned
Sprint management, story writing, and QA/UAT oversight — running Agile teams with structure and clarity
Team Leadership & People Management
My greatest strength and my biggest passion.
The best project outcomes start with the best team experiences. A supported, clear-headed team doesn't just deliver — they do it well. I lead with honesty, empathy, and high standards, and I've managed a wide range of talent across in-house, freelance, and offshore environments.
Cross-functional team leadership — developers, designers, strategists, writers, producers, and more
Offshore and distributed team coordination — keeping work moving across time zones without losing quality
Freelance and contractor management — onboarding quickly, setting clear expectations, and getting results
Executive and C-suite relationship management — navigating high-level partnerships with confidence
Mentorship and team development — helping people grow, not just delivering on their tasks
Product Management & Roadmap Ownership
Where delivery meets strategy.
I'm not just a delivery PM — I think about the product. I've owned backlogs, shaped roadmaps, led discovery, and made prioritization calls that balanced business goals with what a team could realistically execute.
Product roadmap ownership and prioritization
Backlog management and grooming
User story writing and acceptance criteria development
Discovery facilitation and requirements gathering
Feature definition and cross-functional alignment
Product launch planning and go-to-market coordination
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
Keeping everyone aligned — without making it a full-time job for them.
I've worked with stakeholders ranging from startup founders to Fortune 500 executives. The key isn't just communication frequency — it's communication quality. I give stakeholders what they need to make decisions and stay confident in the work, without pulling them into every detail.
Executive-level reporting and program updates
Cross-functional alignment across business, design, and technology teams
Expectation setting and scope conversations
Escalation management — knowing when to flag something and how to frame it
Client and partner relationship management
Agile, Scrum & Delivery Methodology
I use the right tool for the job.
I'm fluent across delivery methodologies and experienced enough to know that the framework should serve the team — not the other way around. I've run Agile programs, managed Waterfall timelines, and built hybrid approaches for teams that needed both.
Agile & Scrum — sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, velocity tracking
Kanban — flow-based delivery for ongoing or operational work
Waterfall — phased delivery for fixed-scope programs
Hybrid methodologies — combining structure and flexibility based on project needs
Tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Basecamp, Smartsheet
Business Analysis & Solutioning
Bridging the gap between what the business needs and what gets built.
The gap between what a stakeholder describes and what a team actually builds is where a lot of projects quietly fall apart. I close that gap — translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and asking the questions early that prevent expensive corrections later.
Technical auditing and gap analysis
Requirements documentation and functional specifications
User story development and acceptance criteria
Process mapping and workflow design
Data and analytics strategy support
Industry Experience
A wide range of industries makes for a sharper PM.
Having led programs across multiple verticals means I bring cross-pollinated thinking to every engagement — what works in one industry often solves a problem in another.

Digital & eCommerce Platforms
Deep platform knowledge — in service of great delivery.
My background in digital project management means I bring genuine platform fluency to eCommerce and web programs. This isn't just familiarity — I've managed full-scale builds, migrations, and ongoing retainers on all of the below.
Shopify Plus and Shopify Base — migrations, custom builds, theme management, enterprise retainers
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) — migrations, redesigns, ongoing program management
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — enterprise maintenance and campaign management
Magento I & II, BigCommerce, WordPress, WooCommerce
Third-party integrations: Klaviyo, Yotpo, Algolia, Searchspring, Gorgias, Global-E, Narvar, and more
Currently Leveling Up 🎓
I'm currently working toward my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification — the gold standard in the field. The 8th Edition exam (launching July 2026) — the updated certification includes AI integration and next-generation PM frameworks. It's the formal validation of 11 years of experience, and I'm looking forward to adding it.
